Crisanto[PHOTO] is a photojournalistic blog by me, Crisanto J. My site is dedicated to visual storytelling through the combined power of word and image. I believe that stories have the power to profoundly change the world. Picture alone cannot do it—and text alone fails to captivate the senses. Both are necessary. Each entry is 100% original—from the images to the text which accompanies it. These are snippets of my real life experiences, dreams, and thoughts. They are very personal to me and I share them with great joy.

When not shooting, I’m reading. I love pets, particularly dogs. I’m prone to aimless walks in congested streets. I grew up poor. My sweet tooth is legendary. I love beer. I used to be an avid breakdancer.
